From start to finish, we closed in just over 3 weeks for our refi. Steve is always a delight to talk to. Under a 3% interest rate is just amazing. This lone took little to no work on my part.

I would like to thank Steven Peritore and his team (specifically Tracy) for getting my house for me under extreme conditions and time constraints. Just as the Pandemic was causing Mtg co. to stop lending or take months…… I found the perfect home that required a very short time line to close. To make matters more challenging the seller wanted to back out and was not cooperating. At one point the seller even said…”you can’t close a VA Loan this fast” so we plan to cancel. Thank you Bill, it was a pleasure to serve you. Generally we close purchases in 21 days or less, and (we offer a 10 day close if we pre- underwrite). We received the contract on Oct 8th and closed Funded on Nov 5th - and closed a little early per contract. It would have closed even earlier had it not been for the few "unexpected situations" you mentioned. I am grateful we were able to manage them to close.
