Professional, returns calls, and emails. Steven was there every part of the process. At times one gets frustrated with request from the lender as I. Steven again explained the process with Covid and fires extending the process. He puts you at ease and I would bet hesitant using Steven again. Expected my refi to be a long drawn out pain in the neck, having to supply a bunch of paperwork and information that i was unsure where to find. And during covid, so it all needed to be done socially distanced. However, Steve handled everything smoothly, made it very easy on me and closed even faster than promised. I would go back to him in a heartbeat and have already recommended him to a friend
