I don’t have the best credit and didn’t have that much to put down. Nevertheless Steven treated me with respect and dignity from our first phone call till the close of escrow. Even in these unsure times Steven and his team pulled through. He got me a amazing interest rate. He is a good man with a good heart. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

We purchased our first home in February of 2019 and Steve helped us through every step of the way. We talked about refinancing a few months ago but it didn't seem to be the right time. But as the interest rates dropped, he called to say we should do it now. Our re-finance was approved and thanks to Steve we are going to save over $800 a month.

This is the 2nd loan I have used Steven for in the last year and if you want the greatest service and best rates "you" need to use Steven ... don't even think of calling anyone else ...

Steve is the Energizer Bunny with great service. With so many criterias and deadlines, there’s many things that can happen through the process that would drive me crazy. Steve made things easy. We finished a refi efficiently during the Xmas holidays. He really went out of his way to make refi a decent experience.

Steven not only walked us through the lending process but he took the time to explain EVERY detail. I swear this man doesn't sleep!
