Steve Peritore worked tirelessly to get my mortgage closed. There were some minor delays due to the glut of new mortgage applications in the market, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the California wildfires, which directly affected the offices of Cross Country Mortgage. But Steve saw my mortgage through until it closed and my refi was complete. He was extremely responsive to all of my calls, texts, and emails. Definitely recommend!

Steve is an excellent loan officer and a fun person to work with. He was the most helpful person a first time buyer could have hoped for. I was connected with Steven via my realtor who spoke very highly of him. Having never bought a home before I was elbow deep in paperwork and I really didn't know what to think. We had a rocky start mostly because I don't trust anyone but Steven persisted and worked hard to find a loan for me. Steven is thorough, up front and organized. Steve is amazing! Back in March we couldn’t close but Steve give us list of things we need to work on. In May we came back to him & in June bam! We own a house, yes we close within 30 days. & his staff? AMAZING! Especially Tracy! Thank you for patiently working with us. We’re hoping to work with you again in the near future.
