Horrible service. Racist. They treat their employees like the trash they pick up. Any developer or contractor or even for home pickup, if you are in Montgomery County, try waste management, they at least have common sense and they're definitely not racist against their employees or people that pay them to do a good job isn’t deserved, people are going far and beyond, and they need appreciation for what they do. It's 536 a.m. and the delivery truck for the Stinky Pinky large bin just rang the doorbell and woke up practically the entire neighborhood while dropping off this dumpster. Firstly, these are not normal business hours and second, we received no notification that it was a possibility. Furious about it.

Their driver continues to use my circular driveway as his turn around even though I am not one of their customers. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to people's property.

Used to be fabulous but now all stinky and no pinky. Two weeks now and counting with no trash pick up. We call, they mumble vague nothings and hope someone will come next trash day….but they don’t. We are fully paid up and always have been. We cannot go on like this, with no responsiveness from the business. We will be changing companies.

Unresponsive team to answer customers, and possibly not pick up trash for weeks and asking for additional payment to pick up trash they ignored 2 weeks in a row.

Horrible service because I have no service, they keep harassing me about my bill which is already paid and hasn't picked up my garbage on over 3 weeks I have garbage everywhere and each time I call they say it's a problem with their system and my garbage will be pucked up. These reviews are fishy all in the past week. This used to be a good company but now they are just horrible. Have been with them since 2016 have had 2 cans since 2016 then last month 1 of my cans just disappeared they came and took and said that I only pay for 1 can which is extremely false I have always paid for 2 I don't think they would have let 9 yrs of service pass with out payment. Then when I asked about getting it back the price went up dramatically compared to what I have been paying. So that leads me to believe the... read more
