Not impressed yet! Signed up in beginning of May, was told we would have cans 5/27, no cans by 5/31 now it’s 6/1, pick up day was today…very frustrating and disappointing!!! No response to emails either!

When I called and finally got through the receptionist was incredibly brisk with a short irritated attitude. Their website makes you unable to pay online. I’ve called and tried to email and was unable to reach them prior. I got a text message saying it would be $60 but when I called they said they was a $25 fee on top of that I was not informed of prior. Clarksville does not do recycling so I was told to set boxes off to the side. Every time I do set it off to the side the lazy ass drivers do not take the boxes instead they toss them off to the side. Why am I paying for this if you guys have lazy people like these drivers.

They make it impossible to pay online the website is blank when you go to pay my bill and when you go to the waste connection link that websites bill pay is broken as well. This is an extremely unreliable company

This is in regards to the young man that was trying to solicit service for stinky pinky business. This was today April 16, 2026. For the past couple weeks we have had to dodge garbage cans coming down the street because they are just thrown places or put in the middle of the driveway. We never had this issue with our past company. Please change it

Well, I’m glad to see others have had good service recently. I’m not sure how it’s possible. We have been with Stinky Pinky for years and until recently always had great service all around. As far as having our garbage picked up, always excellent. However, we started having more issues all around more recently. First of all, billing is set up to come out automatically, but it doesn’t.
