Just a few lines to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Mr Jonathon and Mr Cris.. the service came from truck#33473. These individuals were polite, respectful and mostly a superb attitude. Their job performance is clearly demonstrated each week as they drive to our home for trash pickup. Kevin P in Clarksville truck 98214 very good and professional when dumping to dumpster at Apria health care 2292 Raleigh ct sometimes we van in the way he never complained and give us time to remove and not just leave like are previous dump company even takes time to pick up trash if it falls out while he dumping very good nice guy!

We pay $85 a quarter. They come when they want to. There is always some reason why they are late. And our neighbors have the same service-they always have ata minimum of 10 bags on the ground around their garbage bin, but the guys who come always take it. This is the first time we have left excess garbage out (bc we had a July 4th celebration) and they ALL OF IT. didn’t take a single bag that wasn’t in the garbage bin. Just yesterday I left a review regarding a habitual issue with my trash bin and wanted to update my experience. Within a day of posting my review, Eric Dailey reached out to address the concern. He followed up promptly, and personally replaced my bin with a new one. Problems can happen with any service, but how a company responds is what matters most. I’ve been a customer for over a year now, and I’d like to bring an ongoing issue to your attention. Nearly every week during trash pickup, the automated arm on your truck drops our trash bin in a way that causes one of the wheels to come off. What is especially frustrating is that the wheel is often left lying in the street or driveway, which means the driver and crew are clearly aware it came off but leave it for me to deal with.
