Dave and his team were great to work with. He explained everything thoroughly and was available when I had questions. It was a difficult closing on the sellers end but Dave and his team were very responsive to any changes.
Mr. Flashner was always there to answer questions and made the process very easy. I will definitely seek him out on future loans. Very accessible via email.

Five stars ain't enough for what this man does. I was trying to close on a Mortgage loan will another Mortgage company. They took 2 months and still didn't get me closed. My Realtor requested I talk to Dave and I did. It was the best thing I done. I fired the First Mortgage company and Hired Dave. I get up every morning to go to work at 4:00 am.
