David and his team are great to work with, they made the whole process easy. I'm not much of a tech person, but with their help we were able to complete almost everthing online which saved a lot of time.
Business response:
Thanks Cap. Glad we were able to assist with your plan on paying off your home in time for retirement.
I'm not sure I could honestly say anything could have been better. I have purchased many homes in all my years and I will say David was the most attention to detailed individual I have ever used. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was aware of all and all that could be. I would recommend David to anyone and all needing financing on your home. I have had two VA loans in my lifetime and this one was the smoothest by far of the two.
Business response:
Thank you Sam. I am grateful for the opportunity to assist you with your VA loan and more important, thank you for your service to this country.
Working with Dave and his team was an incredible experience. Open lines of communication was incredible. We had questions answered even before we had to ask. Dave was available to us on the rare after hours occasion. Our previous home purchase was a nightmare but Dave and his team made the process seamless. Thanks bunches to Logan and Kristina as well... You guys were awesome ! And our housewarming gift looks great on our front door ! Thanks so much !

The Flashner Mortgage Group, which consists of Dave Flashner, Kristina, Carley & Logan was wonderful to work with. The team worked very hard to help us close as quickly as possible. Helping us through the process every step of the way. Help was just a phone call away and if they didn't answer the return call was returned within minutes. This was the fastest and easiest loan process I have gone through. His entire team was very polite and helpful. Dave even showed up when we closed on the house. And after all was done the tea... read more
