"Team Flashner" worked expeditiously/efficiently and seamlessly with my realtor and I from start to closing in securing a new home. I worked with Dave and his team in May 2017 first home buying and in March 2022 refinance. Dave and his team worked extremely hard to get everything in order, smooth process and we closed about a month ahead of schedule. I didn't know a mortgage could be this well done! Coming from NY (Bronx), Dave and Team were recommended by one of the best/if not the best realtor in Atlanta, I can tell you (honest and real review) that Dave and his team worked extremly hard to get everything in order and we closed about a month ahead of schedule.
