After changing mortgage personnel I was concerned but BETH picked the ball up and did not stop until closing time. She continued making sure we were at ease since the closing attorney’s office didn’t communicate much needed info (I.e., wire transfer info until after the fact nor did they return my phone call or email). Beth is definitely an asset and made this a smooth transaction. I only dealt with Dave at the closing table and he was helpful in translating lol.
