We moved to the Kennesaw area from out of state. Not knowing anyone in the mortgage loan business, we contacted Dave following a recommendation from family. He was very thorough and professional. Dave kept us informed every step of the way and helped us overcome a few obstacles that arose through no fault of ours or Dave's. He stuck with us when others might have folded. Dave was very helpful in the Loan process. initially it seemed like impossible to secure a loan ,because the process was very involving but Dave and his team were very instrumental in walking me through the whole process. Over all I had a very good experience.
