Dave was very helpful in the Loan process. initially it seemed like impossible to secure a loan ,because the process was very involving but Dave and his team were very instrumental in walking me through the whole process. Over all I had a very good experience.

My wife and I recently refinanced our house through Dave Flashner. Our refi was atypical as we were consolidating 2 mortgages and taking drawing from some equity we had in our house. I'm not sure I could honestly say anything could have been better. I have purchased many homes in all my years and I will say David was the most attention to detailed individual I have ever used.
