Garbage service skipped... (Verified Renter) Garbage service skipped my apartment when I left out 4 garbage bags (light broken down cardboard) right after I moved in. This is unrelated to maintenance. They were polite and efficient.

I could hear... (Verified Renter) I could hear every step, yes every step, of the person who lived above me. Other than that every aspect of the location was incredible. My personal health couldn't keep taking the hit as I would have to listen to a dog run around, the tenant running back and forth across their apartment, and other nuances that spending 1k for an apartment should not include. The complex is... (Verified Renter) The complex is nice but grounds are not cleaned up of decree and trash. Office center has issues with printers not working. Staff was very helpful to make copies for me. Front door still doesn't close properly and cabinet door in kitchen doesn't close all the way. Ice maker won't stop making ice. Mantenaince has been out twice to try to fix both. I give up!
I feel that... (Verified Renter) I feel that the grounds are kept well, but I don't think that it puts up a good presentation of broken down cars that have been sitting there for months and taking up parking spaces that are truly needed for the residence who pay a lot of money per month to live there, plus residents who live right under you and have no respect for others. That really does annoy me
Renters beware... We have lived in these apartments for 3 years and will not be renewing. The property was sold recently to the Steadfast Management Company and the place has changed considerably since we moved in. The properties are poorly maintained and the prices are rising every year. They also offer wildly varying rates for the same apartments in different parts of the complex. I love living... (Verified Renter) I love living here and I lived here previously, but I have noticed it's not as clean on the grounds as before. The doggie doo recepticals are all overflowing onto the ground and there seems to be more trash lying around in parking lot etc. Also the breeze ways have mops and other things in them and trash sits out all day and liquid runs out of them onto concrete because they don't use their trash cans that were provided by conservice.
