Stoneridge Farms Apts., Smyrna, TN I have been a resident at Stoneridge Farms for 9 years. The staff is pleasant, helpful and professional. Any time there is a question or I need help, they are always quick to respond and fix whatever it might be. The grounds and amenities are clean and well manicured. They have won awards for beautification. It is located in the perfect spot; close to I24 and many shopping/eating opportunities, yet nestled in a little piece of its own nature. Stoneridge Farms This is my husband and I's first apartment together. We stay in a one bedroom unit, fully equipped with a washer dryer hookup. Our apartment is very spacious. We have space for all of our furniture, & still have plenty of open walking space. We love to grill in the Stoneridge Farms grilling area by the pool, as well as the coal grills in designated picnicing areas of our complex. Home The apartment has a home like settings surrounding by beautiful tree's.Roses that surround the the entrance gate.The apartment is maintained very timely if you have any problems. The management are friendly and caring.
Our Home The complex has a country atmosphere with all the trespass and landscaping. There is nature everywhere with rabbits, squirrel, turkeys, and a variety of birds. Our two bedroom two bath apartment is just the right size for us. With all the amenities we are able to relax and feel secure with gated access. Do not move here. I can not advise you enough to not move here. It used to be one of the nicest complexes in Smyrna. It has been run into the ground. It's filthy. The trash compactor breaks OFTEN. They let the trash pile up for such long periods of time that literal vultures show up to feast on it.The breezeways are filthy. It has been over three years since they have been power washed. Noise is terrible... (Verified Renter) Noise is terrible the people above me make a lot of noise running stomping loudly I hear everything and it’s very rude needs to be handled immediately
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend the location, office and maintenance staff. But would not recommend due to cost to live there now and the gate issue. Also do not like that the water is not based on individual usage and the new $20/month pet fee that was not grandfathered in for existing residents.
