I just want... (Verified Renter) I just want to give Kudos to Craig and the entire maintenance team. They are always so kind and are truly efficient and knowledgeable in their repairs They also always wave hello when I'm walking to the mailbox or taking out trash and they are scootin' by on their golf carts. It's that kind of customer service that I like and makes me want to stay.

The rent was... (Verified Renter) The rent was in my budget completely. What I did not like were all the small add ons. It was confusing. I just needed a bottom line of what would come out of pocket total per month. I felt like this was really sketchy or could be a way for the complex to charge what they wanted on things each month and get more money, which worries me.
