I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the look of the grounds. It is convenient to everything. I just have a problem with the dog poop and the stairwells and outdoor areas are really dirty from the garbage sitting outside. It could use a power washing.

The maintenance within... (Verified Renter) The maintenance within the Apartment was really bad. The paint was just slopped on the walls. You could see huge drips all over. There were paint drips on the floor. The appliances and cabinets were cheap. The windows leaked.

It takes months,... (Verified Renter) It takes months, and months, and "years" to get outside lights working. I walk my dog at night, it's dark, and outside lights seldom or never get fixed. I believe back in March or so, you did a lighting survey for burned out bulbs, replaced half, and never the other half --- now 6 months later even more lights out

It was a... (Verified Renter) It was a bad idea to have wood floors in upstairs units. The noise level is ridiculous. Also the valet waste should be stopped. I have been forced to pay for something I never use. I have seen trash on ground due to falling from their truck bags busted open and a real mess. The residents do not follow valet trash rules. Bags will sit in breezeway bake for 2 days over the weekend. Even after explaining rules they just don?t care.
