The location is... (Verified Renter) The location is great. This is a quite community for the most part; however, the leasing prices are outrageous!

We only shifted... (Verified Renter) We only shifted due to Office Commute. Best part is that we are still with Steadfast (Landings of Brentwood).

Only issue would... (Verified Renter) Only issue would be on price. It's worth it for us personally because of proximity to the school but for others without that consideration price may be a bit above value.
