Nice place, clean and spacious. Richard was great at welcoming us. Something that I really liked was that they have climate control, a huge elevator and push carts to move your things around.
Had a great deal here Richard is a reliable good man helps out all over the entire place always available the co manager isela is her name I believe,is professional and followed whenever I had a problem always courteous thanks guys I will continue to rent here
The staff is very friendly and professional. It is located in town instead on the outskirts unlike the competition! The facilities are always clean.
The facility is clean, the staff helpful, office stocked with water and coffee and located conveniently in a shopping center in downtown Escondido. The hours for gate access are limited unfortunately, 5am-9pm and the rent on the units is more expensive than most other storage facilities.
I've been with this place for many years. Always professional, curteous and we'll mannered. I would recommend this storage facility to everyone!
Clean and prices are fair but I've noticed that people are living in some of the units. It's sad but Something needs to be done about this.

The initial price was good but after almost four years of storage the rent increases were just too much. I started at $99/month and now it's $257/month. That's a very large leap over that period of time. So I recommend this place for a short term rental at best. I am leaving due to cost only, however, over time I realized that there is a lot of homelessness renters using their unit for their stuff and living in the units during the daytime to sleep.
