Clean and prices are fair but I've noticed that people are living in some of the units. It's sad but Something needs to be done about this.

One of the nicest Storage place I have rented at ., Very clean facility , very nice and professional management . I was impressed with this place and would definitely recommend to my friends ..Keep up the good work

The initial price was good but after almost four years of storage the rent increases were just too much. I started at $99/month and now it's $257/month. That's a very large leap over that period of time. So I recommend this place for a short term rental at best. I am leaving due to cost only, however, over time I realized that there is a lot of homelessness renters using their unit for their stuff and living in the units during the daytime to sleep. This place is the absolute worst. They're all friendly and nice when you're renting the unit initially, but if you have an issue, they're extremely unresponsive, extremely unapologetic for being unresponsive, and extremely rude. They're supposed to have cameras and door alerts, but neither do any good because the camera is only pointed at the elevator, not the hallways, And the door alerts apparently only work when I come in and out of the unit, it doesn't record anyone else coming in and out of the unit to steal my shit. This place doesn't deserve any stars period !! I have 2 units with storage outlet was behind on rent so one went to auction it was sold for more money then I owed so I should of been sent check for 700 mean while my 2nd unit is behind on rent also now so its going to auction also and i get a phone call from Torry in the office telling me she feels bad and wants to tell me that there is over 700 dollars sitting in Corp office for me that they don't want to tell me about and if I can get that money thats owed to me I can use t... read more

I have been renting from them for over a year now and i have two units with them, I received a called 9/2/2023 about paying my for my unit so i called back to try and pay and the individual told me no not to worry about it and that I'm set up for auto pay on the 9th, so now the 12th rolls around and the company emails me letting me know that i have late fees on my account now because my card had an expired date on it, so instead of calling me back to get the corrected exp date on my new card they send me an email 3 days late... read more

Had no choice but to move out last month the facility is just charging a arm and a leg to rent there everytime I turn around im paying more and more each month they don't even have a gate to enter we were using the exit gate because they are to cheap to replace the one that's broke very unsafe situation and the managment there keeps closing the place when ever they decides to changing gate hours and closing hours for repairs to the building that is not needed whats needed is the gate fixed so u don't get hit coming in when p... read more
