Lourdes was awesome, what a great experience it was with this lovely person but I got to tell you all out there that this is not my first time here at this establishment oh no it has not, I have been here three times in the past 20 years Richard the last time was the fecality manager. And he was just as great as Lourdes. so being said that it goes to show you that this company does some great hiring for there business. thank you Devvon and Darryl

Upon entering the facility, I was briefly greeted by the company manager, Torrie Rizzutti. I explain my situation as I am moving from Los Angeles, CA. I was given a tour of the available storage to get an idea of what I would need. During this time, she explained the pricing thoroughly and suggested what would work best for me. She was courteous, polite, and compassionate. Great customer service and was very helpful. I would suggest storage outlet to anyone looking for an emergency plan and good prices to go along with it.
