This place is the absolute worst. They're all friendly and nice when you're renting the unit initially, but if you have an issue, they're extremely unresponsive, extremely unapologetic for being unresponsive, and extremely rude. They're supposed to have cameras and door alerts, but neither do any good because the camera is only pointed at the elevator, not the hallways, And the door alerts apparently only work when I come in and out of the unit, it doesn't record anyone else coming in and out of the unit to steal my shit. This place doesn't deserve any stars period !! I have 2 units with storage outlet was behind on rent so one went to auction it was sold for more money then I owed so I should of been sent check for 700 mean while my 2nd unit is behind on rent also now so its going to auction also and i get a phone call from Torry in the office telling me she feels bad and wants to tell me that there is over 700 dollars sitting in Corp office for me that they don't want to tell me about and if I can get that money thats owed to me I can use t... read more

I have been renting from them for over a year now and i have two units with them, I received a called 9/2/2023 about paying my for my unit so i called back to try and pay and the individual told me no not to worry about it and that I'm set up for auto pay on the 9th, so now the 12th rolls around and the company emails me letting me know that i have late fees on my account now because my card had an expired date on it, so instead of calling me back to get the corrected exp date on my new card they send me an email 3 days late... read more

I came in a little while ago to discuss my payment and I did not have a good experience with the Manager Maria. She was very short with me and gave me the dirstiest looks. I would think that being a customer for here would at least grant you some better customer service. Not all the staff that work here are like and thats why Im not leaving two stars, but honestly todays encounter left a bad taste in my mouth.

Horrible business! They claimed they could not reach us by phone and sold our Storage Units without our knowledge. We had kept in contact with them, but we had a family emergency and was out-of-town for a couple of months as a family member was in the Hospital for 7 months! They sold everything we owned including personal and business paperwork along with family photos keepsakes etc. According to the law they were supposed to hold all of that for us to pick up. As a result of this I have become a victim of Identity Theft!

worst place ever dont know what kind of manager is running the place because i was trying to make my past due payments and office manager told me i cant pay its already goin to auction come to find out from a friend apparently the old lady with glasses there who rides a mobility cart says she buys alot of stuff off the office manager and she would see if any of the stuff he has there that is sold on the side is mine but never ended up hearing another thing about it so dont know what to do now i assume my stuff is gone now a... read more

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. Richard Gonzalez the manager, and his boss Joseph Freeman are liars and cheats. I signed up for their required Protection Plan, but since Richard Gonzalez is incompetent he never filed the paperwork to put the plan in place. I have a signed certificate from Joseph Freeman that shows I accepted the protection plan but they refuse to accept any liability for my losses when the unit was broken into. The storage units and area is kept clean and tidy, BUT.. this place is basically a " homeless hotel". As a woman, I never felt safe going to my unit in the early morning or evening because there were questionable people coming and going on foot that made me extremely nervous. On several occasions, I was asked for my code so they could go out of the gate ( I never gave this out) There was a shirtless man that was always sleeping in the walkway of the interior units, and many people who were clearly living in their units. ... read more

Stopped by as I once again needed a 5x5 storage unit. On their website they advertise and allow you to print a coupon for a "$1 Move in Special !!" which I brought along with me. The coupon states: "May not be combined with any other discounts or special offers. Limit one (1) coupon per customer. For new rentals only." Imagine my surprise when I got there and the gentleman at the counter tells me the coupon only applies to CERTAIN units - of course not the size I wanted to rent.
