Not bad. It's clean, hours aren't amazing for access, the method to access your unit especially if you're moving is cumbersome and annoying and glitchy since you keep needing to use the app. But I guess for security reasons, I can't complain. I'm more disappointed about the staff--I'm in the middle of moving across the country and of course I'm going in and out of the facility over multiple days to move and get rid of all my belongings, and that means I don't have access to bathrooms except the one here at the facility. Came in on a Saturday morning to rent a unit. Met with the manager Chavone who was amazing. I recommend this business to anyone who needs a storage. Prices are great. Ask for Chavone. Great attitude and customer service. She is fast and efficient. Thank you!!!

Amber and Shavon (sorry if misspelled) are great! Both on phone and in person they are so friendly and very clear about the contract, process, and operation times of the beautiful facility. Shavon was even great to tell me over the phone to remember to have my phone charged to use their cool app. Great place. Who would have thought I'd be giving a rating to a storage place, but this place is really clean and secure plus the staff are amazing people. I recommend to all!

Chavone was my person who helped me get everything setup for my unit and it was the best experience I've ever had. Before I got my unit she showed me the size that I wanted and she saw that I was handicapped and made sure I got what I needed so I wouldn't have to bend down. I would recommend this place to everyone and referred them to Chavone she really was very friendly and helpful.

Just helped move my grandpa into a unit here and everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful. Made the whole process quick and easy. Really good prices prices for such an upscale facility.

Th facility has a bad rodent issue. I let Andrew the site facilitor know in 2023 that I seen a rat run out of one unit and into another one and later seen rat droppings in my unit and they have these stupid policy's where the site manager has to come go through your storage with you and make the insurance claim instead of making it yoursel. Andrew never got back to me on my insurance claim and my stuff was badly damaged and they claim that the rodent claim is only 500$ I raised concern about it because rodent urine and feces... read more
