WARNING: fraudulent pricing! After several months they decided to increase my rate by 45%!! Please note, this is outside of the two month discounted rate. The store employee I talked to when signing up spent 15-30 minutes explaining to me how they DON'T do these kind of things--and that they only do ~5% rent increases at the most to tenants that have been here for a year+! I appreciate that this place is clean and hi-tech. But their customer service is sub-par - and that's being nice about it. Somehow, despite the hi-tech storage facility, they continue to fail utterly with communications and automatic billing. They just can't seem to get this right. If you need to access your storage regularly, this is probably not the place for you. BE AWARE!!! Very unprofessional the dialogue that was presented to me. Ghetto to say the least. Now be aware of the signs that are out that they don't warn you about. They will try to fine you for everything. If you fart you might get fined. If you say hello you might get fined. There are no trash cans on the property just in case you might like to know. You know going through ones storage you might want to get rid of some things and boxes but don't do it here, there are no dumpsters for that.
Went to drop some stuff off at the storage unit arrived around 5:50. No where did it say if I'm not out by 6:00 pm my truck will be stuck here . No signs no warnings absolutely nothing . I see someone already complained about this before me in the reviews but let me afirm that there is no warning anywhere . Had to leave my truck and take Lyft home and Lyft back in the morning plus I was late for WOrK . Inconsistent with the quotes. Made reservations with attendant and she did not put it per the new attendant. Then she came back with its three reservation and what she quoted was wrong. Manager thete states she is the district manager and she will not give me the 10by20 ground floor pull access for what i was quoted and confirmed. The facility is brand new and high tech, which is nice, not so nice, and sometimes horrible. The nice part is it's reasonably priced and clean. The bad part is that it is accessible for quite limited hours-- only 7am to 6pm or fewer hours if there are technical problems. The horrible part is that I got my car stuck behind the locked mechanical gate and had to leave my car there overnight. I never leave reviews but I had high hopes for this location it looked secure and had reasonable rates. I came by last week during my lunch break, no one was in the office. I waited for about 15 minutes then finally the manager Jayna came out. She asked what I needed and I told her I didn't have much time anymore and she rolled her eyes and said to come back when I did have time because she's busy too.
