They have that “go beyond the call of duty attitude.” They are knowledgeable about size of units you need for the items you need to store. And, for the price you want to pay. Julia is one of the nicest employees that I have ever experienced with storage units. The lot is supervised by her & she is always friendly & willing to help. She treats the renters with respect & she is an experienced professional.

I had a to travel back east for a family emergency in May. This caused a late fee to incur. The manager waived the $10 fee without hassle at the Centinela location.
