Julia is one of the nicest employees that I have ever experienced with storage units. The lot is supervised by her & she is always friendly & willing to help. She treats the renters with respect & she is an experienced professional.

I had a to travel back east for a family emergency in May. This caused a late fee to incur. The manager waived the $10 fee without hassle at the Centinela location.
