I want to say how incredibly grateful I am for Ejonee and her team. I don't write a lot of reviews because there aren't a lot of places that'll give you great service. I was very surprised to find the hidden gem and use it for my work. Their customer service and the way they go above and beyond is so heartwarming. I wish I lived closer this location. I moved into this storage facility today and was very impressed. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Everything from the office to the restroom and public spaces were impeccably clean. Compared to the last storage facility I used, this was a welcome improvement and a much better price! I hope they continue to provide this level of service.

Where do I begin, I met with Julia and I can't express myself enough of my wonderful experience and gratitude! great customer service, friendly and even help me with holding my grandma arm to show us 3 units and we ended up renting two units from this location. Julia was amazing. Wonder full service! I went online and reserved a unit then received a call from Julia the manager. She was great. She provided information about the unit and told me what promotions were available. She was patient with me while I had tons of questions. The next day at move in my mover cancelled on me at the last minute and Julia waited after hours to make sure I was able to get and rent the unit as well as get our belongings into the unit.
