Layla and Viktoriya... (Verified Renter) Layla and Viktoriya are very helpful and have been great and quick to respond to my requests. Any maintenance request is answered in a timely manner. I love the daily trash pick up and the package concierge as well.
The maintenance technician... (Verified Renter) The maintenance technician called me to tell me that they also painted the door frame of my apartment which was not in my request. They did more work than I had requested and I appreciated them being very thorough and also calling me to tell me that they worked on it.

I was helped... (Verified Renter) I was helped by Patrick and when I say he was AMAZING, he was literally just that! He was very attentive and knowledgeable. He gave a great tour and showed me everything they had to offer plus more! He listened to me when I rambled about my personal life, and gave me great feedback. Even though I have decided to renew at my current home I will definitely put Strata at the top of my list!
