Just a few... (Verified Renter) Just a few cons. Upon moving in the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom had numerous water stains on all cabinets which was frustrating as the appear dirty often. Also the noise outside our apartment is pretty bad. Frequently the dumpsters are being moved, more brought in, etc. and that can be very noisy and unnecessary. They also take up 3-4 parking spots that is a little frustrating given a pro is that there is outside parking. The lawn mowing also starts incredibly early.

I viewed a... (Verified Renter) I viewed a lot of communities in this area when I was searching. This community stuck with me as well as my mother. The cleanliness as well as the overall build quality. This is a premium community. You can definitely see that in the pricing but I think it is worth it.

I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend. Everything else about this place has been great, except I literally had to move one identical apartment over, in order to get the same cheaper rate that was given to the person who moved into the exact apartment I moved out of. It was an unnecessary hassle.
We would recommend... (Verified Renter) We would recommend this community to our friends and family as long as they're okay with the area. Henderson has gotten very difficult to drive on which is a problem. We also struggle with the amount of dog poop around the building. However, we really appreciate the maintenance staff and office personnel. They are so quick to respond to any request!

Trash rooms get... (Verified Renter) Trash rooms get overloaded with trash and hallway floors could use deep cleaning. Garage needs blind spot mirrors on curves on all levels and more cameras need to be installed to address recent break-ins
