The largest drawback... (Verified Renter) The largest drawback was the moving process - there is just not a good way to park and unload a truck. I suppose that this would not be as large an inconvenience if you are moving across town, but for moving between states, not many trucks are shorter than the garage clearance.

Beautiful lifestyle and great location I have enjoyed my year here. The management know us all by our names, as well as the maintenece team. The grounds are stunning, with beautiful flower, pools, water fountains, roof top lounge, fitness center and business center. The only reason I am moving is because it is a 20/30 something party scene during the entire summer. A small portion of the residence are not very conscious of living in community. Strata is a good strategy The Strata is a great mid rise located in a quiet residential pocket of uptown/henderson area in Dallas. This property has a Rooftop outdoor lounge with full wet bar and dual Flat screen TV's with a awesome downtown view of Dallas. the pool area is more like a resort style area with 4 outdoor commercial grills and the gazebo with couches and lounge chairs for relaxing just plain awesome! Car break ins I’ve lived here over two years. It used to be great now your car will get broken into monthly and they have construction everywhere. Not worth the money!!!!
I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend this complex based on security concerns. I am aware of multiple occasions where vehicles have been burglarized in the garage and it does not appear the complex has addressed this issue.
My truck and... (Verified Renter) My truck and wife suv was broken into 4 times. The parking garage wasn?t kept up and caused my carpet to be dirty. Upon leaving I was charged for new carpet.
They give us... (Verified Renter) They give us parking stickers but DO NOT enforce it. The parking garage is littered with vehicles that should not be parked there and the front office says they can't tow them. The residents then have to park underground or far away from their level. Also, it means unauthorized people are in our building. Very unsafe
