Given that this... (Verified Renter) Given that this property has had plenty of time to work out its kinks and issues, as long as they are able to keep their pricing reasonable, this should be a nice community to live in.
Still annoyed about... (Verified Renter) Still annoyed about security but I have had zero problems with the maintenance guys. They are all great people and I have never had anything less than pleasant interactions.
I wish the... (Verified Renter) I wish the trash areas would be kept cleaner it's very dirty and the floor is dirty. The elevator is also dirty. I would also like security increased as I've only been here 2 days and the metal logo on the back of my car has already been stolen from out of the garage. The apartment itself is very nice with a nice aspect over the pool. Doors to the garage constantly bang shut that could easily be rectified.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend strata of you want to pay high prices and I would warn them that they raise the rent where it's too pricy for the area. But other then that I didn't want to leave, I just can imagine paying the amount of rent they raised. I would have renewed for a 3rd year but rent went too high.$$$$$$$ :-(
