I have been renting with Brewer & Stratton for just over a year. My experience wasn’t the best at first with our previous property manager, but once Brylee Helm stepped in and became our new property manager, everything changed. She is the best property manager my husband and I have ever had in all our years of renting. We plan to continue renting through B&S for the foreseeable future because of her. ☺️

Brewer & Stratton has done an excellent job in managing our properties. Brylee Helm is on top of any issues that arise and appropriately communicates items that need my immediate attention. She is attentive to my requests and provides timely follow up. The maintenance team has performed top notch work in maintaining the properties so that they are rent ready. I don't spend any time worrying about our properties as they are in good hands.

Thunderbird Paseo Condominiums is an excellent community to be a part of. It is like a large family. The tenants are warm and friendly. Loved the community--it was like a large family. I have enjoyed my stay here. 🙂

Our property manager Luis L. Jr. has given us so far the very best and most professional assistance and services on our property. We switched to B&S months ago but words are not enough to express how much of a change, actually more of an improvement, it has been. Now we can have the peace of mind knowing we have the best property manager and an awesome team watching after our property. Luis and B&S, thank you all!
