Thunderbird Paseo Condominiums is an excellent community to be a part of. It is like a large family. The tenants are warm and friendly. Loved the community--it was like a large family. I have enjoyed my stay here. 🙂

Our property manager Luis L. Jr. has given us so far the very best and most professional assistance and services on our property. We switched to B&S months ago but words are not enough to express how much of a change, actually more of an improvement, it has been. Now we can have the peace of mind knowing we have the best property manager and an awesome team watching after our property. Luis and B&S, thank you all!

So our initial experience with Brewer and Stratton was pretty bad. We had to delay moving in by a week because they couldn't get the lease agreement together. Also, the place didn't meet our cleanliness standards and Brewer and Stratton agreed. Also, there was pending repair when we moved in that took several months to complete. Having said that, the employee that was responsible for that left (or was terminated?) shortly after we moved in and Brylee took over her position.
