Brylee is a wonderful property manager. Excellent communication which is KEY to trusting someone with your investment. The only drawback to B&S is that they charge too much for inside maintenance jobs. A little research has led me to find much less expensive and still reliable alternatives.
Conner (an employee for brewer and Stratton) was very thorough and respectful when he performed our yearly walk-through, very professional and courteous. Brewer and Stratton is an awesome property management company and we appreciate everything they have done for us.
