Brewer & Stratton have managed my property for the last 5 years and have been great! I have not had to worry about anything. They are exceedingly prompt when repairs are needed as well as communicating with me. I receive frequent updates when the lease renewal is up, or there is any issue. I'm currently working with Rhett Ricedorff and it has been a great experience.
