I wanted to give a quick shoutout to Terri my property manager and DJ the one who I talked to in regards to a maintenance item at our home. We moved in yesterday and there was an ongoing leak and they got someone out here the day of to take care of it! Splendid work by those two and the vendor they sent out was great as well didn’t catch his name though.

From 2006 to 2023, in southeast Phoenix, my wife and I had a small condo for rental income. For about the last half of that time our property manager was Brewer & Stratton Property Management, LLC, and that ended when we sold the property in 2023. We were pretty happy with Brewer & Stratton's property management and are quite willing to recommend them to anyone we know who is looking for a property manager firm. When we were ready to sell of the rental unit, we engaged a real estate agent associated with Brewer & Stratton, M... read more

I recently worked with Brewer and Stratton Property Management when I applied for a rental property in Mesa Arizona. I had just sold my home and was in the middle of my Post Possession agreement and needed to move into a rental ASAP. I found the perfect property online and reached out to the property management company (Brewer & Stratton) and requested a tour of the Townhome. They reached back out to me quickly and I was able to get in and see the home the same day! Any questions I had were answered in the same timely manner... read more
