I had a 72hr EEG. The guy who came to put the electrodes on me was very nice and friendly, explained the process in great detail, and encouraged me to ask him any questions I had. When he came back to take the electrodes off, he was very diligent and careful because of my hair but took out majority of the gunk for me which was amazing! I’ve had EEGs before (in clinic and at home) and they’ve never taken the gunk out for me so it would take me forever to do it myself! Very professional staff, Connie communicated very well over phone prior to arrivals. She was on time and Explained the procedures thoroughly. Technical support responded in timely manners and updated me when the wires weren’t sending signals and how to clean and reapply the wires to my head. I was even provided with extra tape, gauze, glue, etc.

My experience was very pleasant. The lady that came in and set up everything was very knowledgeable & super sweet. Throughout the days as I was being monitored, text and calls came in to make adjustments as needed. Very successful process. Very thankful.
