RecommendedOur tech Tammy was awsome. She treated my husband like a person and was not fake like some can be where they justd nod their head answer your questions with 1 word answers and just treat you like a number. Tammy was a real person. she listened and engaged in conversation, she treated him like she wanted to be treated. If my husband had to do another one I would request Tammy again.

RecommendedI would recommend Stratus to anybody that has the opportunity to use their services. They came out to evaluate our son for his seizures. Starting from the first phone call to our technician Kim, who reached out to us and came and set everything up. I can’t say enough positive things we adored her. RecommendedThe two technicians who came to set me up and remove the equipment were great! Very personable, helpful & understanding. I live with a TBI & needed to stretch my back quite often during set up; they were very patient with me and that is appreciated! Thank you James & Franco! RecommendedI had a 72hr EEG. The guy who came to put the electrodes on me was very nice and friendly, explained the process in great detail, and encouraged me to ask him any questions I had. When he came back to take the electrodes off, he was very diligent and careful because of my hair but took out majority of the gunk for me which was amazing! I’ve had EEGs before (in clinic and at home) and they’ve never taken the gunk out for me so it would take me forever to do it myself!
