RecommendedVery professional staff, Connie communicated very well over phone prior to arrivals. She was on time and Explained the procedures thoroughly. Technical support responded in timely manners and updated me when the wires weren’t sending signals and how to clean and reapply the wires to my head. I was even provided with extra tape, gauze, glue, etc.
