RecommendedTechnician setting up and removing was good, instructions outline and explained. Just not enough materials left for things like the wrap sliding off or coming off and having to fix leads when tape comes off or loses adhesive all in all good

RecommendedSon had an almost 5 day in home EEG done recently. The technician that come to hook and unhook him was fabulous! Wish I could remember her name, she made my son feel comfortable and confident about the testing. The company themselves had great communication by phone and text.

RecommendedOur tech Tammy was awsome. She treated my husband like a person and was not fake like some can be where they justd nod their head answer your questions with 1 word answers and just treat you like a number. Tammy was a real person. she listened and engaged in conversation, she treated him like she wanted to be treated. If my husband had to do another one I would request Tammy again.

RecommendedThe two technicians who came to set me up and remove the equipment were great! Very personable, helpful & understanding. I live with a TBI & needed to stretch my back quite often during set up; they were very patient with me and that is appreciated! Thank you James & Franco!
