RecommendedThe technicians are fabulous, they are very caring, very attentive, very professional. But I don't ever want to have to repeat this again! I absolutely hated being on video, my kids in and out of my room with the dogs, so self conscious, and the pain of having the cap of electrodes on my head and chest...by the time the test was over my skin was raw. It was just me, my personal aggravation and annoyances. The company itself, and their employees are OUTSTANDING.
Very professional crew who was careful to make the experience as comfortable and as attentive to my needs as possible.
Shayla, the rep who contacted me was excellent and thorough. Her explanation of the procedure and what it entailed was concise and well explained. The tech who connected and installed all the equipment was equally versed, cordial, on time, and all went as planned. The only thing I didn’t care for was the itching and bruised forehead and a lump and soreness on top of my head.
Very thorough, pleasant, courteous, Patient with all questions. Will work with him again.

People are very nice , Robert joked around with my 11yr old so it wasn’t bad for my son who has epilepsy an doesn’t like to sit long.
Mr. Carlos was amazing and took time to explain everything he did and that brought my daughter great comfort. This was a great experience and I recommend this man for anyone who wants a pleasant experience.
Very pleased. The nurse that came to hook me up was awesome! Loved her.
