RecommendedI had an in home EEG test done. The staff was very hospitable, informative & super easy to get ahold of. My only complaint was the head wrap was put on too tight & caused a lot of pain & discomfort. It was so bad that I will never have this done again even if it means not finding what’s wrong & dying. The leads & wires were embedding into my scalp which made touch & taking it off very painful. I now have scabs on my forehead where the leads & wires were. I was unable to complete to test & had to take the head wrap off early.... read more

Barb was the tech that came and set up everything for my son, Andrew. He's intellectually disabled, and she was really awesome with him. She made us both comfortable with the whole process. Matt came and Un hooked everything and was equally as awesome. The support techs online were extremely helpful. Great company to work with.
Both techs I had were wonderful. They were very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend them. They explained everything they were doing. They answered any questions I had, much better than going into a hospital.

Well, having never had an extended EEG before, it was just fine. Some of the employees have accents that made it hard to understand, but we muddled through. Jordan, the technician who set up my in-home test was very efficient and friendly...a real joy to work with! :-)
Scheduling was a breeze and flexible. Both techs were very friendly and accommodating for our son during hook up and disconnect. There was constant communication every two hours with the tech monitoring the test, which was reassuring that everything was going smoothly.
Stratus (and Jordan, specifically) made the process for my husband’s 72 hour eeg actually very simple. Jordan was on time both times he was at our house and patiently answered all our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and really seemed concerned about my husband’s recent falls. We had an issue with one of the cameras and the gal who helped me fix the problem was friendly and patient. Thank you, Stratus, for helping us get thru this difficult phase.
Very polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. Set up was quick and the process was explained well. All contact throughout the study was positive.
