RecommendedShayla, the rep who contacted me was excellent and thorough. Her explanation of the procedure and what it entailed was concise and well explained. The tech who connected and installed all the equipment was equally versed, cordial, on time, and all went as planned. The only thing I didn’t care for was the itching and bruised forehead and a lump and soreness on top of my head.
