they come to your house you can sit and relax watch TV and your comforts of your own home the people are kind and caring helpful you don't have to go anywhere if you don't want to and they come to your home and remove it and if you want you can remove yourself and it's easy removal I did it myself. much better than going and having it done at the hospital like I've done before I'd rather do it at home. 😊

the technician who came out was very knowledgeable about what was being done explained it completely was very professional and it did not hurt whatsoever at all it was not heavy it was an easy process if need be I would have it again thank you and have a blessed day

The staff is amazing!! I've met 3 different traveling technicians. All were good with my kids & their endless questions/curiosity, they didn't mind the dogs, & explained everything thoroughly. Also the monitoring team & those who answer the helpline calls were very patient & understanding. Unfortunately I do believe I am allergic to the glue that they use with the leads. obviously not their fault something I need to talk to my doctor about. Thank you everyone that was involved & helped made the process easier!!
