RecommendedThe staff is amazing!! I've met 3 different traveling technicians. All were good with my kids & their endless questions/curiosity, they didn't mind the dogs, & explained everything thoroughly. Also the monitoring team & those who answer the helpline calls were very patient & understanding. Unfortunately I do believe I am allergic to the glue that they use with the leads. obviously not their fault something I need to talk to my doctor about. Thank you everyone that was involved & helped made the process easier!!

RecommendedAbsolutely great service and communication! Our 1 yr old needed an in-home EEG for 72 hrs (haha you try to keep a toddler from pulling out all the wires, but it happens) & they were very responsive and we were able to have Robert (awesome) come out every day to fix it all. We truly appreciate all the guidance and understanding on yalls part!

He communicated directly with me via phone regarding the time he would be at the house and provided specific information regarding the testing process.
