Our technician Fred was the absolute best. He communicated directly with me via phone regarding the time he would be at the house and provided specific information regarding the testing process. Not only was he on time but he was extremely nice, caring and professional. He explained the entire process to my son who was obviously hesitant about the test. The technician was professional, thorough, yet personable and made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the testing. Information is well organized as are all equipment items. Communication with the technician was excellent and appointment times were respected. Extra steps were taken for my comfort without compromising the integrity of the test. No technical or other issues were experienced. Stratus made a stressful situation very comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend Stratus and Ms. Maria.

Stratus had a few communication issues getting me scheduled. Took three calls with same information given to them each time before I received an appointment. My orders were also misplaced the first time they were sent. Once we got past the poor scheduling, EVERYTHING was great. Isabelle was my tech. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was scheduled for a 96 hour EEG. She scheduled my battery change for the third day.
