RecommendedThe technician was professional, thorough, yet personable and made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the testing. Information is well organized as are all equipment items. Communication with the technician was excellent and appointment times were respected. Extra steps were taken for my comfort without compromising the integrity of the test. No technical or other issues were experienced. Stratus made a stressful situation very comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend Stratus and Ms. Maria.

Stratus had a few communication issues getting me scheduled. Took three calls with same information given to them each time before I received an appointment. My orders were also misplaced the first time they were sent. Once we got past the poor scheduling, EVERYTHING was great. Isabelle was my tech. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was scheduled for a 96 hour EEG. She scheduled my battery change for the third day. I had an ambulatory EEG (72hrs) with Stratus and Radhika Campbell hooked me up and unhooked me. She was SO NICE!! She was super awesome to talk to, she was very accommodating, and very knowledgeable. She explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood everything before she left. My neurologist recently had me do a 72 hour EEG with Stratus. I first spoke with Liz regarding scheduling and expenses. Next, Maria came to my home to attach the monitors and set up the equipment. This took approximately two hours, as Liz told me it would. During the time of testing, I received calls from Amanda, Drew and Nicole to test the equipment and confirm that everything was working properly.
