Way over priced. literally down the street I can get cheaper prices for basic work. Was quoted $6k for a job, got it for $2k. ya, I'm sure you will say your more quality, not 3x the quality...

Shop doesn't open at 7, replacement tire delivery arrives at 7, I come in at 8, my car is hold hostage for most of the day. This should and can be improved.

At every point through the process my helper (Stephanie) tried very hard to answer questions she was simply not equipped to answer. She was kind and I don't necessarily blame her but she should not have been the one navigating the process.

Everyone at Stress-Free is really professional and respectful. However, I paid over $600 for no work to be done to my car because the problem “fixed” itself after the dash was taken apart and put back together. Now none of the gauges work.

I wish I could explain in detail but there is a character limit in this text box. Essentially I was give an overpriced quote for my repair and a different repair shop fixed my car for $1700 less. Email me for more details if interested

I was not satisfied with my appointments, the first day I was told that they only had one person working and was asked to come the following day and I was delayed again.
