I’ve previously used the San Mateo branch and had a really good experience there, but our experience at the Menlo Park branch has been very stressful 😣. There’s not enough space here to write down all the things that went wrong.
The price of each repair was way overpriced. I would not use them for future repairs of any kind.
As a veteran, I thought going into a veteran's own company would treat my car better, but instead I paid over $2,000 for what they thought the repair would be to be lied to, saying my car was inspected and checked all good before coming back.
Too long to diagnose one problem.
I came by to get new tires installed. I requested for the tire pressure monitors to be checked. They told me all were good but I had issues with them after. When I came back, they charged me diagnostic again and repair fees.
Thieves and liars. I was charged nearly $1000 for a rear brake replacement.
I would have loved to feel 100% about this auto shop. I understand everyone needs to make money and in general everything now-a-days costs more. I thought I was over charged for the price of the part I needed.
Came in to have a tire fixed and was told it would take an hour. 2 hours later I received the results of a “courtesy inspection” that I didn’t want, quoting me for $3000+ worth of repairs. Only then was I told they couldn’t even fix my tire
They tried to charge a crazy amount for unnecessary replacements.
