Stress-Free charged a diagnostic fee. This is not right if you know what is wrong and exactly how to fix it. Also on top of this, the charge for doing a simple repair seemed far too high.
Check in and drop off was very quick and easy. I made my appointment online and asked the car to be ready at 3pm. I texted at 3pm on the status of my car and they had not even started service yet, this is the second time this had happened.
The diagnostics and customer service were okay. A wheel-bearing replacement and tires were recommended. We took the car back to the tire shop, where we had purchased loud tires. Stress-Free missed a broken axle in the diagnostic.
Everything was fine except the price which was outrageous. 270 something dollars for a brake fluid flush is robbery. I will find a cheaper place next time.

Your prices are outrageous. You gave me estimates for some things . I comparison shopped and everything was 30 to 50 percent less. For example you charged me $315 for a new battery. It was $220 down the street.
Car came home with curb rash on the rims. Won’t come back to this shop. I can not trust this garage.
Came to have headlights checked and adjusted. Car was suspiciously "ready" in less than 30 min. Charged $255. Headlights remained unusable, later confirmed bulbs not fully plugged and obviously unchecked. Refunded fully, but trust destroyed
Came in to replace a camshaft position sensor. After the first service, the check engine light came back on immediately. Took it back in again to have it fixed. Check engine light was gone for awhile, but came back about a week later.
