My repair was complicated and non non trivial requiring expert diagnostics and repair. It seemed the car might be totaled. Miguel is an amazing point person keeping you updated and making sure you get all the information and make all the right decisions - he goes above and beyond! He and his fabulous master tech Javier got it sorted and out the door for so much less than anticipated. They took the job personally. If you are not taking your business to Stress-Free you are doing it wrong :-)

If you're looking for A good place to get your car serviced this is the place. Miguel went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right including dealing with my insurance company about repairs. Really a stress free experience . Thanks guys

The name of the business says it all! By far the easiest drop off and pick up experience I ever had regarding any type of car service. They provide updates on your vehicle, you can also watch in real time when they are working on your vehicle. Plus they provide a 1 way cutesy Lyft ride! If you stop by ask for Robert, he's the best!

At first, I thought this was a cheesy name for a company but after my first experience with them, my opinion quickly changed- they totally lived up to their name: stress free auto care, especially after I encounter nothing but stress with the other car service. I will definitely come back to this shop for my future car service needs.

Stress-Free Auto Repair Is the BEST!! I first spoke with Steve. He was very nice and transferred me to Robert and Miguel! They are exceptiona! I felt taken care of every step along the way. We were always communicating and I felt they really wanted to help me solve my car problems. They were honest, caring, knowledgeable, and kept in touch when needed. Great bunch of people. I will call them again if needed. They even offered to pick me up when my car was ready. Amazing! THANKS!!

Had my starter replaced at their McAllister shop. They had my van for about 4 hours and kept me well informed of the progress of the repair through multiple texts. This was much appreciated and the repair was expertly done

Came in for a tire puncture. Diagnosis was well documented. Report was sent over email with pictures. In my case, that tire was irreparable. Received quote for tire replacement. I looked online for alternative pricing and tire prices were fair. Labor charge was fair as well. Replacement was done swiftly the next morning.
