Had my starter replaced at their McAllister shop. They had my van for about 4 hours and kept me well informed of the progress of the repair through multiple texts. This was much appreciated and the repair was expertly done

Came in for a tire puncture. Diagnosis was well documented. Report was sent over email with pictures. In my case, that tire was irreparable. Received quote for tire replacement. I looked online for alternative pricing and tire prices were fair. Labor charge was fair as well. Replacement was done swiftly the next morning.

Quality, well informed service. It was the first time I used Stress Free. I felt completely confident that the initial issue would be fixed properly & timely. Efficient reasonably priced friendly. What's not to like? I've been coming to this location for quite a while and they take auto care to the next level.

The service from start to finish was beyond anything I have ever experienced at an auto care facility. The staff is experienced and trained to perfection, they enjoy the work they do and appreciate the attention to detail. Plus they provide photos/videos to ensure that everything is operable, well maintained, and if anything is a red/yellow flag they will notify you in their report and discuss the cautions with you. Way exceeded expectations. Highly recommend. They are amazing communicators, honest, and fast. I've had terrible experiences at other places, but these guys were great. I'll def come back.

Service was kind and professional with the two that I interacted with. I like how they split findings of your vehicle into categories of how serious the issue is. I felt taken care of and were responsive to questions in a timely manner. They might take photos and videos so you have a visual of any findings. This was my first time at Stress-Free to get a second opinion and estimate on my vehicle. They've got a new customer.

I love how communicative Stress-Free Auto Care is! They text with updates and photos and provide an easily readable report with each visit to highlight minor-major issues. I had a small issue the day after picking up my car from them and they handled it quickly and for free since it didn't come up in their initial report. I also appreciate how they care for animals-they have an animal shelter supplies donation box that gets you a discount and treats for dog visitors :)
