For many years I had been going to the previous owner of the auto care facility that is now Stress Free Auto Care. My Fiat 500 had a vexing electrical gremlin. I spent many hours trying to troubleshoot it at home with the help of some folks on the Fiat 500 forums. Appointments mean nothing to them here if you're doing a drop off and wait. I called 4 hours ahead of time. They gave me an appointment time. Showed up on time. The person at the desk said they're completely busy and cannot get to me, even with an appointment. No one bothered to called me to cancel. As a result, I had to drive back on my flat. If they had done the courtesy of even notifying me that they would be too busy, I could have easily found another place that day.

Just went in for wiper repair and came out with a laundry list of things they recommend I do and all were made to seems urgent. Had them do the top two and didn't check myself if they were critical. Shop preformed a bait and switch. With parts. Instead of using agreed upon OEM parts they used third party. I would recommend confirmation and asking to see any car issues recommended and if you don't know anything about cars YouTube it.

Stress-free? I've never been more stressed about my car in the whole 7 years I've had her. I went to this place to get a wellness check and make sure everything was running ok. After "analyzing" they said my brakes need to be replaced as well as the spark plugs. Okay fine minus $1500 dollars.
