Stress Free on McAllister is great. Miguel, Ryan and George all took the time to explain my issue and how to resolve it. they were patient and very thorough. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

Stress Free is a great shop. They took over Alois, where I've been going for years. They have delivered excellent service, through diagnostics, and at very fair pricing. They are my new go-to auto shop.

The tech accidentally misdiagnosed my car & said the water pump was failing ($1700 estimate for parts & labor). I took it to a trusted mechanic to get a second opinion & the water pump wasn't failing, just a faulty sensor. When I shared this news with the team at Stress-Free, they called me & personally apologized, refunded me for the incorrect diagnostic, and gave me credit for the work that was actually needed. Amazing customer service!

I have got to start by saying how incredibly professional Loren and crew are! These guys made me feel welcome and comfortable from the minute I walked through the door. I was expecting to replace my calipers along with my front brakes, but they asked me it wasn't needed, and I've been driving for a few weeks since my visit, so I know they were right! I had a great experience here a few times now. 2 oil changes and they recently changed my tires. They offer fast and reliable service. I would definitely recommend.

I had been coming to this site under the previous owner and was concerned that the new management would not be as good, but I have been very impressed thus far. I appreciate the ability to get a cost estimate and appointment online. I brought my car in for an oil change and though I wasn't aware of a current promotion their staff informed me of it and applied it right away, (taking 40% off).
