Good auto shop in the city. I think they are a little pricey - but again it's in the city so I think that's to be expected. I liked how transparent they were. They sent over a pdf summary of everything they inspected. It had the status of the inspected parts saying if the part needed to be fixed now, soon, or if it was ok. Along with that they had a $ quote for every item on that list. It made it easy to decide what to fix now and what could be put off until my next service.

Stress Free Auto did a pre purchase inspection for me on a used car and kept me from buying a lemon. Super nice and they communicate well which is important so you understand what's wrong with the car. Super respectfully and knowledgeable as well. As a woman discussing cars with them, I didn't feel condescended to or stupid like other mechanics. They did a really thorough job and it was an all around excellent experience. Thanks guys!

Trusting mechanic shops these days is more of a gamble than going to Vegas and betting it all on black. That is not the case with Stress Free. These folks know their diagnostics, their service writer technicians are top notch, and the service is excellent. Their communication is excellent, and they break down everything that needs to be addressed, from least to most concerning. They even offer video of your vehicle when it is being worked on.
