This is the ONLY shop I trust. They are honest and always reasonably priced. They only use quality parts resulting in fewer repairs later on. Staff is always friendly and get work done in a timely manner.
I have been too so many mechanics in San Diego and I've finally found one that I will commit to. The people of Express Auto are so kind, fair, honest, knowledgeable, reliable, and so much more. In addition, they do not take long to fix what they need to on my car. I have waited several days for mechanics to finish working on my car. Amazing staff with a great sense of humor along with a whole lot of knowledge about what they're doing.
I really like Connie and Dave and their employees. These are good people and do really good work. They (and their employees) are trustworthy (invaluable), reasonable, do reliable and honest work. Since I have gone there first, I have become a customer. This is a family shop (Dave and Connie and I think their daughter's name is Diane) and you get the sense that they also treat their employees well (VERY IMPORTANT TO ME).
These guys are amazing. Great work, honest knowledgable, reliable. Those word don't normally fit this type of buisness. I love them, DAVE,CONNIE, PAUL, I send all my family and friends to them.
Was gonna buy a car from one those crappy car lots that are all along the Blvd. Called this placed at noon after seeing the Yelp reviews and they were able to squeeze me in for a quick $23 inspection. They were out inspecting the car within minutes, found issues, and took the time to actually show me the exact nature of the issues. %100 spot on, couldn't of been more impressed. I was referred to Express Auto by a friend who takes his car here regularly. Took my car in because it was making a weird noise. My brake pads needed to be replaced and Paul showed me what my brake pads looked like and showed me what they're supposed to look like. They explained what needed to be done and showed me on my car what issues it had. Alicia and Paul were awesome and friendly. Will definitely be taking my car back to them in the future and I would refer them to anyone.
I have taken my sons cars here several times. They have done an amazing job. They are honest and makes sure you understand what is happening with your car. NO hard sales here. They let you know what may need to be looked into and send you on your way. Everyone is so nice. You just don't get that safe feeling when dealing with most repair places. The work was done fast and honestly. The price was reasonable. Everybody I dealt with was very positive, friendly, and when I had a detailed question, the mechanic got on the phone. Very happy.
