I have an older van that we've been bringing here for about a year. They staff is super friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. They don't leave out of any of the process and like to actually show you what is going wrong with your car. I will continue take my cars here for as long as they are open. The ONLY downside is they aren't open on the weekends, but it's understandable so I make my schedule accordingly.
What can I say, I went in and was out in less then 20 minutes. Ron was very VERY helpful and explained everything to me. I paid an excellent price that can not be beat with the quality you're going to get. I wish they did more then Smog Checks because I'll be def coming back and recommend this place to others! Simply the best, Thanks Ron!
We have taken our cars here for a few years now and have always been happy with the service, prices and customer service. Better than dealer prices but with the same quality. Highly recommend this place to get your car serviced.
I had a really disappointing experience at this shop. I brought my car in for an estimate, and when I returned to pick it up, Bradley was extremely rude and actually yelled at me. As a customer, that kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Regardless of the situation, there's no reason to speak to anyone that way--especially someone trusting you with their vehicle. Got a call my tow truck driver left with the key. After trying to reach him or triple AAA I received a callback, saying his mechanic took the key to lunch. He didn't seem very interested in what I explained was the problem. Personally, I found the owner Brad to be a little rude. They did diagnose the car at half price. When he told me the problem I said I had a mechanic fix last year so I needed to take it back to him under warranty. He still asked why don't I get it fixed there for over $1000? The abysmal substandard customer service continues. Shout out to Brad, who called me this morning and left a message about my 1 star review. I called back at 930am and were told you were on the phone and would call me back, I called back at 2pm because I never got a call back. Apparently, Brad doesn't really care why I gave a 1 star review and no real desire to fix the issue. Thanks for not being helpful at all, Brad.

In the past when I've come here the tire rotation with oil change was free, but on the phone they originally quoted $60 now for the tire rotation on top and then said they would add a coupon where the total would be $84. Apparently it wasn't $84 total for everything, but for the oil change only! Which I found out when I went to pay and it was MUCH higher than expected. Shady. How disappointing. I won't be back. I don't like being lied to.

Avoid Stress Free Auto Care if you value honesty. I was quoted $745 JUST to remove a single fuel injector on my BMW N26 -- no repair, no replacement, and not even a guarantee the injector was bad. Purely labor to "see what happens." The service advisor claimed it would take 4 hours because the technician (Paul) would need to remove the intake to access the injector. After reading the reviews, Connie & Dave need to be present at all hours of opening or re-train their staff appropriately. Because all of these great reviews and I did not have their great experience. Brad lacks much expertise after saying he's been in the business doing all kinds of cars for 30yrs.
