I had a really disappointing experience at this shop. I brought my car in for an estimate, and when I returned to pick it up, Bradley was extremely rude and actually yelled at me. As a customer, that kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Regardless of the situation, there's no reason to speak to anyone that way--especially someone trusting you with their vehicle. Got a call my tow truck driver left with the key. After trying to reach him or triple AAA I received a callback, saying his mechanic took the key to lunch. He didn't seem very interested in what I explained was the problem. Personally, I found the owner Brad to be a little rude. They did diagnose the car at half price. When he told me the problem I said I had a mechanic fix last year so I needed to take it back to him under warranty. He still asked why don't I get it fixed there for over $1000? The abysmal substandard customer service continues. Shout out to Brad, who called me this morning and left a message about my 1 star review. I called back at 930am and were told you were on the phone and would call me back, I called back at 2pm because I never got a call back. Apparently, Brad doesn't really care why I gave a 1 star review and no real desire to fix the issue. Thanks for not being helpful at all, Brad.

In the past when I've come here the tire rotation with oil change was free, but on the phone they originally quoted $60 now for the tire rotation on top and then said they would add a coupon where the total would be $84. Apparently it wasn't $84 total for everything, but for the oil change only! Which I found out when I went to pay and it was MUCH higher than expected. Shady. How disappointing. I won't be back. I don't like being lied to.

Avoid Stress Free Auto Care if you value honesty. I was quoted $745 JUST to remove a single fuel injector on my BMW N26 -- no repair, no replacement, and not even a guarantee the injector was bad. Purely labor to "see what happens." The service advisor claimed it would take 4 hours because the technician (Paul) would need to remove the intake to access the injector. That statement alone shows a serious lack of knowledge or a deliberate attempt to inflate labor. On an N26 engine, the injectors are NOT on the intake. They ar... read more

After reading the reviews, Connie & Dave need to be present at all hours of opening or re-train their staff appropriately. Because all of these great reviews and I did not have their great experience. Brad lacks much expertise after saying he's been in the business doing all kinds of cars for 30yrs. He was exhausting to deal with and brought much stress to a situation that could have been easily taken care of. His dramatics and immaturity completely changed the trajectory of this appointment. The work was done half way. Part itself was replaced but the extras weren't done. I had a catalytic converter replace but the technician overlooked the debris that went into the resonator causing excessive backpresser making the truck drive worse then it did when it went in the shop. I had to return the truck because the shop allowed the truck to be released without any type of quality control. I brought my Tacoma here for a suspension inspection. I don't think the tech test drove the truck. New tires were suggested and purchased. This did not fix the issue. Also my hood was left unlatched which I figured out when I was on the freeway!!! All that was diagnosed was a loose hose and cracked belt. Waste of $ and my time.

Was referred to Express auto by a friend went today and entered on the driveway of the auto glass shop i drove around to park my car so i could go in and talk to them, the owner Dave had his truck parked at an angle so i did not want to try to go around the truck and the curb to sinc. e Idrive a Crown Victoria and his truck was pretty big,so i sat there and waited for him to unload his truck about 4-5 minutes when he was done he shut his door and walked back behind his truck like he didnt see me waiting.
