I was just prescribed something new from my doctor and was told it was made special just the way the doctor ordered. However no took the time to notice this was my first time in and I never had this prescription before. I need a smaller dose then the size of the molds they use to portion out the prescription and as a result I need to cut it in half. I would give them negative stars if possible!!!!! My vet had called one other pharmacy before calling Strive, who said they would not be able to get the script done same day. They ended up calling Strive and Strive AGREED to being able to get the medication done the same day. My vet gave them the info and called to tell me they didn't use the first choice because Strive told them they would have it done that day. (This is key to the latter part of the story).
