I gave this pharmacy multiple opportunities to change my experience with no luck. Every time I had a script called in it would take them over a week to fill it. No one ever calls to keep you posted.

Just about the worst experience ever with a compounding pharmacy. To add context, I am a prescriber myself. I know the intricacies of medication ordering and as a customer, I also have reasonable expectations on customer service and timely delivery. This pharmacy staff have the worst communication habits I had ever experienced with a pharmacy. I have several prescriptions with them. I had asked, for the first time, to have the script shipped. I was informed the fee was $10 and I said fine. I got a text saying the script was ready. After not receiving it, I called 3 days later and was told they had it set for pick up. I, again, told them to ship and was assured it would be shipped. I said thank you, and waited. I was just prescribed something new from my doctor and was told it was made special just the way the doctor ordered. However no took the time to notice this was my first time in and I never had this prescription before. I need a smaller dose then the size of the molds they use to portion out the prescription and as a result I need to cut it in half.
